Tracking an order with Zing Pop Culture is simple!
Important information: Once an order has been shipped from our Warehouse or Store location, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details. If you have lost this email, don't panic! You can use the guide below to access your order.
Instructions:
Simply head to this link to access the order history page. Please ensure you are selecting whether you are an EB World member or a Guest, these can be selected at the top. The login you choose will depend on whether you were logged in to your EB World account when you created your order.
Once you are signed in, you will be able to view your order. You can also use this page to access digital content, print receipts, or track a delivery.
If you are trying to track a delivery order, you can hit the large TRACK DELIVERY button to locate the tracking information.
