Did not receive digital gift card, digital currency or other DLC
If you have not received any email or confirmation after successfully paying for any of this type of product, the order was likely still successful. One of the common reasons no email is received, is when the contact email is not correct or has been entered with an error.

When contacting, please provide the order number from your account in PayPal, and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible. In most cases, if the order was successfully placed, we will be able to respond with your purchased code/s or instructions on how to retrieve them.
Selected the wrong payment amount or did not select Pay in 4
If after placing a successful order and you notice payment has been processed in full, the pay in 4 option has not been selected during the checkout process.
When selecting pay in 4 during the checkout process, you will be prompted to sign in with the PayPal account you wish to use for payment.
During this step, and confirming the payment via your PayPal account, the pay in 4 option needs to be selected again.
Please take care during the checkout and payment process to ensure you are correctly selecting pay in 4 after signing into your PayPal account.
Please note! This is not something our customer service team is able to reverse or change once an order successfully completes and processes. Nor is this something that can be changed via PayPal.
We can only offer a full refund on return of the purchased item or items via post, and the order can be replaced with Pay in 4 being selected. If you need to return an item via post for a refund, please contact our customer service team.
If your order was placed for delivery and not yet processed too far to cancel, you may be able to cancel the order via the self service options when viewing the order details online.

Have not received my order or item
If your order is not yet delivered, it could be for a number of reasons. Please get in contact with our customer service team via the 'ENQUIRE HERE' option at the bottom of this page.
