When you reach certain amounts of Carrots you'll Level Up! With each new level you'll get access to new and better perks and more.
If you are unable to use your EB World account with a purchase you can contact our Customer Support Team at least one business day after the transaction is complete to claim your Carrots.
EB World Carrots grow pretty fast, you'll be seeing them in your account within 72 hours of your completed transaction. Carrots for preorders are applied within 72 hours of receiving the product.
